Delivery

Who will deliver my gift box?


In the spirit of supporting Irish, we have chosen 'An Post' as our delivery partner. We use 'Standard Tracked Parcel Post' to send our gift boxes around the country. Please note that standard 'An Post' protocols apply.




How long will it take for my gift box to be delivered?


Gift boxes purchased before 4pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) will usually be sent to the 'An Post' depot on the same day. Please allow 2-4 business days for your gift box to be delivered.




How will I know if my gift box has been delivered?


You will receive an email when your gift box has been despatched along with a tracking number. You can track your parcel by visiting https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search and entering this tracking ID. We also keep an eye on this tracking number and if we notice a delay, we will contact you to let you know.




What happens if the recipient is not at home when their gift box is delivered?


'An Post' generally do make a few attempts to deliver a parcel but in the event that there is nobody at home to receive the parcel, the recipient will be given the option to collect the parcel at their local depot. They will also have the option to contact An Post and arrange an alternative delivery date using the information on the 'attempted delivery docket'. We keep an eye on each parcel through 'An Post' tracking and will contact you if we see that a delivery was not successful.




My gift box is delayed. What can I do?


In the unusual event that your gift box has not arrived after 4 business days, please do contact us. We will make contact with 'An Post' to see if there is any more information than the tracking ID shows. If the package is not delivered because of an incorrect address or because it has not been collected at the depot after an unsucessful delivery attempt, it will be returned to us. We will then send out another box. Delays are rare but occasionally they can happen and we appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur.





General Information

Are the gift boxes suitable for all occasions?


Yes! 'All My Love' was originally set up in order to send comfort to those who had experienced loss. However, so many of our customers requested boxes for birthdays, anniversaries etc. The message on our 'original greeting card' simply says 'Sending you all my love', so it's one that suits many different occasions.




Can I request to swap one item for another?


Our gift boxes have been carefully put together with colour scheme, size and weight in mind. However, if you have your heart set on a particular item please email us at mailallmylove@gmail.com and we will do our best to accomodate you!




Can I include a personal message?


Absolutely. Simply choose either the 'original card' or 'birthday card' before checkout and add your personal message. We carefully hand write your message word for word and include it in the gift box.




Will you be adding more boxes soon?


Yes! Our four original gift boxes have been very popular but we will be launching some new gift boxes very soon. Watch this space!




Whose address do I provide?


The gift box will be sent directly to the 'shipping address' provided at checkout.




Do you include receipts in the shipping box?


No. We never include receipts in the shipping box unless specifically requested. The email that you receive when you order acts as your proof of purchase.
